Richard Shyne's Eagle Ceremony

Richard was an exemplary Scout. He held many leadership positions including Senior Patrol Leader. His Eagle project was was to plan and build a Pave stone walkway from Town Center’s parking lot to the arbor in the center of the Community Garden. His project was completed in April 2002.
